Life presents and creates many challenges. People often feel overwhelmed by problems they experience in their life and believe that there is no way forward or it is too difficult to change. Mental health, including achieving a healthy balance of thoughts, feelings and behaviour, is multi-faceted and affects people in various ways.

I work from an individualistic, client-centered approach to help people move towards achieving optimal mental health and solving their life problems, through therapy.

I strive to create an atmosphere where people feel empowered to solve the problems for which they come to therapy and a positive sense that they can learn how to address concerns that they may face in the future.
