Feeling nervous or anxious about starting therapy is completely normal. Uncertainty about how therapy works or what the process involves can feel overwhelming, especially when you want to ensure you are entering a space that feels safe, supportive, and free from judgment, where you can openly explore your challenges without fear of being misunderstood.
My goal is to provide a personalized, individualized approach to therapy, grounded in a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I work alongside you to clarify and move toward the goals you wish to achieve, meeting you where you are rather than where you feel you “should” be. Drawing on my experience in educational and professional settings, I strive to offer both guidance and understanding to support you throughout your therapeutic journey.
Ultimately, I aim to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and supported during and after each session. I strive to help you feel motivated and empowered, while reminding you that you are not alone in this process and that meaningful growth and change are possible.
