Individuals seek therapy for support with mental health issues, life challenges, or relationship struggles. Therapy can also be a safe space for self-discovery, breaking unhealthy patterns, and personal growth. Whether you are dealing with something specific of want to understand yourself better, therapy offers a safe place to talk and heal.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for clients to explore their mental health challenges, personal issues, or relationship concerns. I utilize an individualized, integrative approach from a person-centered lens, incorporating tailored interventions such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, or Adlerian therapy, to assist clients in gaining insight to their problems and build coping strategies to foster positive change moving forward.
By developing a strong therapeutic relationship and utilizing proven change interventions, clients can experience improved emotional well-being, better coping strategies, and healthier relationships with the overriding goal of increasing self-awareness, reduction
