Sarah (Shabnam) Moulaei, MA, RP
Owner & Clinic Director

Our clients often feel stuck in certain parts of their lives whether at work, with their families, or in relationships. It might feel like they have tried different ways to cope on their own and nothing seems to be working. Therapy might feel like an unknown experience to a lot of people at first, but clients often gain clarity and new perspectives on their challenges and personal struggles with the help of a professional therapist.

My mission is to create a welcoming and safe space for my clients to be able to tap deeper into their current struggles and gain self awareness and skills necessary to better cope with their specific issues. To do this, I offer diverse evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to clients’ specific needs. My background is in trauma field and throughout the years I have worked with different types of life changing events including health related, developmental, and relational traumas. In my work with couples, I incorporate Gottman Couples Counselling method as well as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

I am committed to helping my clients gain new perspectives, clarity, and finding new directions which would help move them closer to their goals and dreams. Through a collaborative process I have helped many clients work through their past traumas, losses, and bring about a positive shift in their mood, and mindset.
